Welcome to Paula's Gluten-Free, a custom gluten-free bakery, specializing in cakes for all occasions including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other special events.

I was first introduced to a gluten-free diet after my son, Ryan, was diagnosed with Autism. I began making my own gluten-free muffins and bread when I became disappointed with store-bought selections. Using top quality ingredients, I have personally crafted all of my recipes to surpass my own high standards for taste and texture.

Paula's Gluten-Free was first established in San Diego in 2011. Since that time, the company has developed an excellent reputation for quality gluten-free products and customer satisfaction. Having recently relocated to the Tampa area, our mission remains the same, to produce the finest quality and best tasting gluten-free baked goods available!
